Like most physicians, payment (or co-payment) is requested at the time of service.  We accept cash, personal checks, MAC, VISA, or Master Card.

Yes.  Following your initial visit, we will set up a treatment plan with an estimate of all dental costs.  If you wish, we will also set up monthly payment plans for treatments such as orthodontics, periodontics, or crown, bridge, prosthetic, or restorative treatments.  We will be glad to tailor this monthly program to fit your individual needs.

We work with most dental insurance plans and will prepare and submit your claims, along with requests for pre-authorizations.  Please ask us about specific procedures for your insurance carrier.

Please bring your insurance card, a claim form with your name and address information completed, and if possible, your benefits booklet.  This will allow us to review your coverage and advise you as to exactly what to expect.

Not at the present time.

Yes.  Because Temple & Jester are full-service dentists, we can provide all your care in one facility with one combined billing.  The only exception is for orthodontia, where a separate monthly statement is provided.

Certainly.  Our staff is on duty every weekday to answer question and help you.  In fact, you can contact us after hours, leave us a message, and we'll call you back with an answer promptly.
